Also lookingforward to LP4 and quite sad I didn't get to go to Truck (which they headlined).

I'd completely forgotten about this! Hilarious stuff.
The Horrors had the last laugh, as they went from cartoon pyschobilly to swirling, pysche-pop!

i still love the fact that faris from the horrors replied to a thread on here calling him a c**t.

The Horrors were actually amazing live. Great stage-performance from Faris too.

It's a looooooooong story, but no not (entirely) an inter-club thing. Rhys ('Spider' in the Horrors) has nothing to do with Junk
anymore anyway. But Farris, the singer, is one of the biggest cunts I've ever met, I dont know anybody that has a good word to say about him.
Rhys, also, claimed to have invented post-punk once and how dare we put it on a flyer. I still have the email, it makes me laugh every time I read
Everyone will have forgotten about them in a few months.

is this inter-club night in southend rivallry or are they just cunts anyway?
||posted on 2-8-2006 at 14:12|
i've never heard of this band, but i'm hopeful they might be good if they're named after the blur b-side!

I haven't heard anything by them. They look boring though.

i like their singles so far, would be interested to see them live...

There's no point in anyone trying to go and see The Horrors, the amount of time Josh alone takes on his hair - they'd never make it on

After seeing some hype of this outfit of late without hearing them I was a bit sceptical, but I heard their new single on the radio last night and I
thought it was actually damn fine - very 80s matchbox-esque. Listen out!
