well...i'll reply (just to stop simon looking like he's having a very one-sided conversation!). of course i'm going to the scary duck night...it was great last year - a little bit of everything to keep everyone happy and lots of good stuff to jump around to in general. one of the best 2 nights at the underground all year (with kerrang! night being t'other....yeah...i'm deadly serious).

and i'll be wearing my olivia newton-john trousers!

As you've probably already heard, following the huge success of Anatidaephobia last year, Anatidaephobia II is coming to the Underground on campus. Featuring the latest rock, (nu- and old-)metal, indie, punk, goth and alternative as well as some classics, Anatidaephobia is Colchester's biggest rock and alternative night, and the only regular alternative event in the Underground. It is organised by the Discordian Society, and supported by RockSoc, IndieSoc, Punky Tunes Society and GothSoc, among others.

The event will be taking place in the Underground on Nov 23rd (this Saturday) from 10pm to 2am, with a free warm-up event taking place upstairs, in the Level II, from 7pm to 11pm. Level II will feature DJ sets from GothSoc, IndieSoc, Punk Tunes Soc and RockSoc. Tickets will be £3.00 in advance or £3.50 on the door, and will be available from the SU Finance Office and It's Electric! in Colchester town.
